These centers focus on designing products that meet customer expectations while optimizing quality, delivery time, efficiency, and cost to ensure smooth production.
We closely collaborate with the brand’s development headquarters, e.g. CCH in Herzogenaurach, Germany; CCP in Portland, USA; CCA in Shanghai, China. We focus on standard fit development and advanced work on key technical fits, new processes, materials, and equipment exploration.

The development centers in each region are composed by various teams, such as development team, future studios, technical team, sample rooms, development warehouses, R&D departments, and supporting function or teams. These units collaborate closely to drive product innovation and technological upgrades.
Apache Footwear develops footwear across multiple disciplines, from high-performance basketball, climbing shoes to trendy streetwear and sports fashion collections, offering diverse and various products. We also fulfill customers’ special requests, creating limited edition shoes for major events like Paris, London, and Tokyo Fashion Weeks, key city fashion shows, and the NBA All-Star Game. To date, we’ve successfully developed numerous product series with the brands, the majority of them remain active in the market.
