From Body to Mind: Building a Healthy and Supportive Workplace at Apache

While May is recognized globally as Mental Health Awareness Month, at Apache, we prioritize well-being and care throughout the year. We believe that creating a sustainable workplace starts with people—and it begins from within. In Vietnam, we hosted the “Strong Body – Calm Mind” workshop, focusing on sleep quality, stress management, and spinal health—empowering employees to better care for their physical and mental well-being. A livestream session also offered practical guidance on health and family planning, supporting all employees in navigating parenthood, daily life, and work responsibilities. In China, we invited local doctors to provide prenatal consultations and health check-ups for pregnant employees, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. We believe that every tree planted and every touch of green represents a seed of hope for the planet. Each year, our manufacturing sites in China, Vietnam, and India carry out tree-planting initiatives, bringing more greenery and vitality to local communities while actively advancing our sustainability goals. This year, our China site expanded its long-standing tree-planting tradition with a series of interactive activities that combined environmental education with sustainability awareness.
