We also provide multiple communication and grievance channels — including the CEO mailbox, WOVO, APACHE E+, and shopfloor mailboxes — to build a workplace that listens, supports, and values every voice.
Gender Equality
Women’s Leadership and Empowerment Programs
Apache aims to achieve gender equality through four key aspects: health, life services, empowerment, and equality culture.
We actively support gender equality initiatives, encouraging leadership participation in women’s empowerment programs and forums from adidas.
Additionally, we prioritize the needs of our female employees by offering nursing rooms, separate dining areas, reserved shuttle bus seats, medical consultations, health check-ups, and wellness seminars, ensuring they feel cared for and supported in the workplace.
Cultural Diversity
At Apache, we foster respect, understanding, and cultural exchange through multicultural activities, sports events, and team-building, while strengthening team collaboration.
For example, in India, we celebrate Ugadi and hold rangoli competitions; in China, the God of Wealth blessings event boosts employee belonging; and in Vietnam, the football cup and relay races, along with team-building activities at all sites, further strengthen collaboration and unity among employees.
