While May is recognized globally as Mental Health Awareness Month, at Apache, we prioritize well-being and care throughout the year. We believe that creating a sustainable workplace starts with people—and it begins from within.
In Vietnam, we hosted the “Strong Body – Calm Mind” workshop, focusing on sleep quality, stress management, and spinal health—empowering employees to better care for their physical and mental well-being. A livestream session also offered practical guidance on health and family planning, supporting all employees in navigating parenthood, daily life, and work responsibilities.

In China, we invited local doctors to provide prenatal consultations and health check-ups for pregnant employees, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being. We also collaborated with a local hospital to hold mental health sessions, including a “Mental Health & Stress Management” workshop with professional guidance and interactive relaxation techniques, and a seminar on “Occupational Mental Health” to help employees enhance self-awareness and stress management skills.

In India, our commitment continues with regular health training led by onsite medical officers and external doctors. Pregnant employees also receive prenatal education and daily nutritional support, including hygiene-conscious meals and fresh fruits.
These efforts reflect more than a focus on health and safety—they embody Apache’s long-standing people-first philosophy. We believe that a truly resilient and sustainable workplace is one that nurtures the holistic well-being of every employee.
