At Apache, we firmly believe that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are essential drivers of business success. DEI means embracing and respecting diverse differences, providing tailored support and opportunities to diverse groups, and ensuring that everyone in the workplace truly feels welcome and valued.
Why is DEI so important for businesses?
DEI helps attract top talent, improve employee satisfaction, and boost retention, while also inspiring team innovation and enhancing corporate competitiveness. Research shows:
31% of employees feel happier, with engagement increased by 35%;
76% of people consider diverse teams a key factor when choosing an employer.
Apache promotes DEI through four core pillars: Employee Care, Friendly Workplace, Learning & Development, and Policies & Management Mechanisms. At the same time, we organize various training sessions and workshops to enhance colleagues’ understanding of DEI, encourage deeper comprehension, and foster concrete practice — together driving a more diverse, inclusive, and innovative future!

In Vietnam: We foster cross-department communication through regular employee meetings, cultural festivals, diverse sports events, and female leadership training—promoting cultural diversity and inclusion across the workplace.

In India: We actively promote gender equality through training focused on anti-bias, violence prevention, and harassment awareness. In September, 50 female managers participated in the Women Leadership Forum co-hosted by adidas and Apache, aiming to empower and uplift our female talent.

In China: We emphasize gender equality and inclusive leadership. In August, we partnered with external training providers to host a DEI Leadership Workshop for 80 managers. Through interactive sessions and follow-up sharing, we aim to raise awareness on gender equity and foster a more inclusive management culture.

At Apache, diversity and inclusion are more than just commitments — they are the driving force behind our ongoing efforts toward workplace sustainability. We look forward to working hand-in-hand with all colleagues to create a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.
